After the secret airport ... the secret space base!

US Company Collins Aerospace has announced that it has been awarded a 2.6  million contract by a private company to develop supportive technology for  human habitation and related favorable environments in lower space orbit. But what is that private company? Collins Aerospace has apologized for the  inconvenience.        A report published on the American website "Space News" explains that  "human habitation in the lower space orbit and the relevant  favorable environment" requires a space station or space base for man to  be there.
